When body’s immune system does not respond well to any kind of substance, the reaction produced in the body is called Allergy. The substancethat cause this kind of imbalance in the immune system are called Allergens. Most common allergic reactions can be seen on skin or through respiratory disorders. Eczema, hay fever, hives, asthma and food allergies are some of the example of Allergies.
Reasons/Causes
There are many factors present in human body which can cause allergies. This may include internal factors like age, race, sex or hereditary factors. External factors which is based on the surrounding environments are exposure to infectious diseases at very young age, living in a polluted environment, dietary changes and disturbed allergen level in the body.

Lifestyle Guide & Recommended Diet
- Eat at least 2 hours before you go to sleep.
- Drinking herbal teas and warm water throughout the day for fomentation.
- Fried foods, dairy products, rice, legumes, beans and cold foods should be strictly avoided.
- Limit the use of spices, chilies and pickles in cooking.
- Nuts, seeds, and honey should be taken in a limited amount only.
- Avoid any kind of heavy physical exercise or work.

- Take half a cup of water or any kind of fruit or vegetable juice and mix 5 drops of castor oil in it. Drink this mixture every morning with empty stomach.
- Squeeze half a lime, teaspoon of honeyin aglass of lukewarm water. Drink this mix daily in the morning for several months. This is the best remedy to flush out all the toxins from your system. Also this mixture works as anti-allergic agent and an antitoxic agent.
- Make a combination of carrot, beet and cucumber juices or you can just take carrot juice.If you are going for the mixed juices, 300 ml of carrot juice should be mixed with 100 ml of cucumber and beet juice. Drink this 500 ml mixture daily.
