Explanation

Many women may be suffering from increased bleeding during menstruation cycle and this is a major symptom. This symptom may be prolonged and along with that,body-aches and pains are also associated. There can also be a burning sensation in the lower area of the body, especially the pelvic region,groin, back, and flank region of the body. It has also been see that due to immense blood loss, the systemic symptoms of anaemiacan also be caused. One can find a strange feeling of numbness in feet and hands, palpitations, fatigue and feeling of dizziness or light-headedness.

- The best remedy is to have 1 teaspoon of mint juice mixed with honey in equal quantities two times a day before the menstrual period commences.

- Another effective method is by grinding 1-2 shoe flowers in a paste by mixing it with milk. Once that is done, simply have ½ teaspoon of honey with lukewarm milk or wateronce in a day.
