Further, with physical and mental strain caused by our improper diet and sleep system, and absence of freshness, our body’s immunity is totally done for, making our body prone to the organisms from causing more damage.
Ayurveda aims at curing the lung and digestive functions. With herbs, one can expect relief from breathing and coughing. The treatment also aims at ridding the body of several infection-causing organisms and improving the digestive function.
