Coeliac Disease
Explanation
Coeliac disease is a disease in which, patient suffers from abnormality in mucosa of the small intestine. This type of disease occurs at an early age during childhood but some time it is observed in adult people too. It can be caused by consuming food items which consists of gluten like wheat, oats etc. Most common symptoms observed are diarrhea, anemia, and weight loss. In long term, it can cause infertility, dermatitis etc. This disease is like an immunity disorder, which needs to be cured as soon as possible.
Reasons/Causes
When a person suffering from coeliac disease eats food, which contains gluten, then antibodies are released by immune system. These antibodies attack the lining of the intestine. The hair like structure present in the intestine called villi is damaged due to antibody attack. It is the white blood cellsthat attack lining tissues of the intestine, which contain villi. White blood cells are released by the immune system.

- Include cooler foods in diet like yogurt, butter milk, fruits, juices etc.
