The three doshas, i.e. Vata, Pitta, Kapha doshas and because of their level of damage, fatigue occurs. However, the roots of fatigue can be of three different forms, that are mental, emotional and physical problems. So as we know, improper balance of the doshas result in much health related issues. Vata dosha imbalance can be held guilty for the problem of fatigue. Fatigue is caused when the dosha in an affected state attacks the nutrient plasma circulation and hence makes it slower than the normal circulation to the body tissue and leads to the problem.
Since one part of body tissue is affected, the digestive system also suffers as a result to this, which leads in production of toxins instead of energy or ojas. Thus toxins are the roots of many other diseases.
